I ordered additional toppings- mushroom and chicken dumplings. They arrived separately and my first pic is the ramen once I combined it. The meal was good, although I was expecting a little more chicken. It only came with two small pieces. It couldve also been spicier, but I know to increase the spice next time

Overall disappointed for the price and compared to the reviews I read. The Need Utensils didn't get included despite requesting 3 and us traveling so being left with nothing. The Salmon Poke Bowl* Small was definitely small. The salmon had good flavor but the rice was sticky and dry and they provided no soy sauce or any other sauce. Thankfully we had the Tonkotsu Spicy* (which was decent) to steal some broth from and make it edible. The Pork Gyoza ( 6pcs)*was decent. The Kids' Meal*was good portions but again with no sauce, the rice was not edible and just a clump of plain, flavorless, dried out sticky rice. The fries with the kids meal were the worse fries we've ever had. Practically uncooked and inedible.

The broth is my favorite! Fresh and Packed with flavor. If I could just order broth, I would! You only get two small pieces of chicken anyway with the JINYA Chicken Ramen*, so that's disappointing. However, the dish overall is delicious.

Very bland. Brussels Sprouts Tempura had no seasoning. Just bread on Brussels. Not worth the $$. The Crispy Chicken 5pc was also unseasoned and over cooked. Portions were quite rubbery and the lettuce/green garnish was heavily wilted and brown. For that price it should also come with a side and a drink at least.

Weve ordered from and gone into Jinya before and something was very off the last 2 times we ordered. There was absolutely no flavor in our ramen, I actually added salt. And the "salad" that comes with the combo is laughable. It was literally 5 pieces of lettuce and a container of dressing. Why even bother at that point? Super disappointed, it used to be so good.
