Wow this is by far my fave Ramen in LA. The quality of the the ingredients, especially the chicken is off the charts. Also love how you can fully customize your ramen with different toppings. Maybe not the most traditional but this will be my go to Ramen spot from now on.

This place is very misleading for their pictures on of ramen they show two slices of meat but will only give you one slice and you have to pay extra for that for another. I paid extra assuming I get 3 to 4 pieces only to receive two even though the picture shows that you're supposed to get two on any regular order I called and they said that their location only serves one piece on their ramen. Do not order thinking you'll get the amount of meat that's in the picture.

This was a profoundly disappointing experience that did not warrant the 1-star rating.
The primary issue was the temperature: the ramen arrived completely cold. Beyond that, the quality was severely lacking. The broth was bland and flavorless, failing to meet basic expectations for ramen.
The order had significant issues related to protein and sides:
* Pork Chashu: Despite ordering and paying for extra protein, I only received two small pieces of pork chashu.
* Crispy Chicken Side: I was initially refunded for the 3-piece side of crispy chicken because it was listed as out of stock. However, I bizarrely received two pieces of what appeared to be old, stale crispy chicken instead.
This combination of cold food, poor quality, incorrect portions, and a confusing issue with a refunded/replaced side made for a terrible meal. I am sorely disappointed.

The amount of broth I received after ordering ramen is crazy little especially considering I got extra noodles. Seems they really want to upcharge if you don't order the extra broth...also no utelsiles with an order of Build Your Own Ramen and a #1 Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl is crazy. Would not order again.
