Second time in a row the GF bread in the sandwich was not fresh and not toasted at all. Every other Joe store seems to manage to do this properly except this one for some reason.

They put cheese in my vegan order. A separate time they put tuna in it. They don't pay attention to what you ordered.

the Trust Your Gut smoothie wasnt fully blended, there were ice chunks and strawberry chunks.

I ordered a sandwich and latte. And didn't get the latte at all. When I asked the delivery driver he was rude and told me to call the store and it's not his fault.
