my chicken had some bald spot which rarely happens, i forgot the order outside for 10 minutes but both the fries and chicken is still crunchy!

The thigh is cut in half, smaller size than the drum. The batter recipe was also slightly changed. Jollibee has always been my favourite fast food fried chicken place, this change is not welcome as the price went up, flavour and portion went down. Would not order again.

Coleslaw portion is like 2 spoonfull. Is this the 4.99 now a days? Not even full.
We requested napkins and cutleries not even 1 of those are included.
Even the spaghetti is not almost full and taste differently. Sad that I have not take a pic before my daughter took some using a salad plate. This is not the first time we order but come on for $80, this is what you only got? Lol

They seem to have been skimping on the ingredients recently and it shows in the flavour of their 6 Pc Jolly Crispy Chicken Bucket. This is the 2nd time i've ordered experiencing the same bland flavours. The chicken breading tastes of nothing but flour and the gravy tastes bland and watered down. They also seem to have changed how they make their spicy chicken where instead of covering it with a powder of spice after frying, they integrate the spice into the batter and fry it resulting in a flavour that reminds me of burnt rubber, which is unpleasant to eat. This place used to be good, but now they taste exactly like the other terrible chicken restaurants out there.

Only had 5 pieces of chicken in the 6piece bucket. Sandwiches were good. The diet Pepsi tasted a bit watered down.
