my new favorite chicken place. their tenders taste really good, are crunchy, and don't feel greasy. the fried 6pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal feels like a really good deal and the fried chicken itself is phenomenal. I love their drinks, the leechee Ice tea and pineapple drink are both very refreshing. I also really like their spaghetti - it's like a rich sauce with some sweetness and includes hotdog, but i recommend eating it warm. and definitely get a Peach Mango Pie , those are really tasty.

I've never had more amazing packaging. The food was made perfectly. Nothing was overdone or undercooked. It was the first time going to Jollibee but it easily dethroned other chicken places.

Brentwood Jollibee is the only branch here in the Bay area who for some reasons ALWAYS serve the spaghetti with very little sauce that you always have to buy extra sauce just to make it taste like spaghetti, I hope this is not intentional just for a few dollars extra sales. Their chickenjoy is salty too.
My family and friends would prefer to just drive to Jollibee Concord, the nearest Jollibee store to have the real Jollibee experience.
I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT of Brentwood branch will improve the taste and quality of Jollibee food they're selling.

We got the 6pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal and upgraded one of the mashed potatoes to a large. Both sides were not filled as they should be, and the large barely had half in it. I was really disappointed.
Chicken was good though.

I have ordered Palabok and Spaghetti several times. Each of the time the sauce is not enough, you can't even enjoy it coz it is "dry". .I even ordered "extra sauce" and still you can see the white noodles more than the added extra sauce because it is not balanced enough to cover the whole noodles. I doordashed the dry palabok too, no lemon added. I was excited for jollibee to open but not to the point that you will give less of this and that.
