Everything I have ordered has been delicious and fairly priced. My last order was unfortunately not all delivered. I never received my turkey club and they placed everything on top of an egg salad sandwich, it was squished flat at the bottom of the bag. I've ordered from here many times and never had a problem. I haven't received any reimbursement for the item not received or the sandwich that was squished flat and had nothing left inside it, it was also soggy from warm items being on top of it. Great food and worth the price but poor customer service. I will not be ordering again unless this is rectified.

Normally everything is delicious and packaged with care. The egg salad was put at the bottom of the bag and squished by everything else, it's a mess. Didn't get the sour cream I paid extra for, this is the second time and didn't receive the turkey club we ordered.

Jolly Jug never disappoints! I have ordered from them so many times and the food is consistently amazing. Their Pizza Sub is our favorite, and I would eat the Turkey Club every single day if I could.

I asked for extra au jus and they definitely gave me extra thanks you so much!! the first restaurant I ordered from closed before I got a dasher so I was really wanting this and they delivered thanks you so much!
