Such an amazing restaurant! The Papas Con Chorizo is absolutely amazing with large quantities and always fresh!! The 2 Item Breakfast Burrito are also a go to as they are big and filling!! Josie's is the best restaurant in Lubbock and always goes above and beyond!! Definitely recommend

OMG!! I HAD NEVER HAD THIS PLATE FOR BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS SOOOO GOOOD!! ISAIAH IS THE COOK THERE AND HE IS THE BEST!!! THE BEANS HAVE MEXICAN CHORIZO AND THE PAPAS HAVE BACON!!! I WANTED TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK OR SOMETHING BECAUSE WHEN I WAS A LITTLE GIRL, MY DADDY ALWAYS ADDED BACON TO THE POTATOES WHEN HE MADE THEM!!! IT TOOK ME BACK SO MANY YEARS AND GREAT MENORIES OF MY PARENTS!! ANYWAY, BREAKFAST TODAY WAS GREAT AND ISAIAH REALLY DID A GREAT JOB!!! WAY TO GO ISAIAH!!!!

Everything was delicious. The beans are so good, I would rather have those than the plain ones! And the papas were great with bacon. Hadn't had papas con bacon since I was at home and my Dad would make'em like that. Brought me back real good memories!!! Mrs. G.
