The food here is consistently excellent: high quality, authentically flavorful and great portion sizes. They ensure careful attention to detail to special requests you might add to your order as well as great packaging for carry out orders. I get food here at least once a week and it's become a staple for my dinners for multiple nights with the generous portions. and of course, Indian food tastes even better the day after 🙂

Chicken Makhani is incredible, I want to try other things but cannot stop myself from ordering this every time. I've eaten Indian food all over the world and this is the best makhani I've ever had. Their baignan bharta (with or without chicken) is also a favorite. So lucky to have Jot close to home!

Their curry sauces are S-tier, with bold, rich, authentic north Indian flavor. In addition to all the classic dishes everyone expects, many "special" dishes offer interesting twists that feel like family recipes -- your curiosity will be rewarded. For a side, try the impossibly rich dal, or enjoy the best mango lassi to be found literally anywhere. Sweet, tangy, creamy, with perfectly hinted spices that give it a note of the exotic. My one beef is with the chicken! Yes, I'm calling out the cubed chicken breast that goes into the chicken curries. Way too dry, maybe overcooked, maybe it should be covered -- I don't know, but it's always disappointing. Despite that, Jot is my goto Indian joint for Cinci.

Ordered 3-4 times now and order the Chicken Makhani and Chicken Tikka Masala every time. Its delicious. The best I've ever tasted. Come with basmati rice. A good amount. I order Garlic Naan it's our favorite

Wow! I am so glad we tried Jot after reading an article in the Cincy Enquirer about them. We ordered through DoorDash and got delivery from Newport all the way to Clifton. The food was absolutely outstanding -the best Indian I've had in a long time around Cincinnati. We loved trying their dishes that are a definite twist- like the waffle fries, and the naan that had a cherry flavor. They were both just heavenly ;can't wait to order again. We were so glad to see they're opening a location in Columbia Tuscalum!!

The Tandoor is a charcoal-fired oven made from clay. Tandoor is a traditional old-fashioned style cooking.
