I go here regularly. And always like the food!! I was there July 5 2024 and there were all new people working there. It was the BEST food ive ever gotten from them!! The crunchy tacos were packed full and delicious!! Kudos to the staff that day! Thank you.

I love Juan pollo but lately very inconsistent. I have also put in the instructions that it's too much rice and request less rice and more beans. Always get too much rice very little chicken and beans in my bowl order. Only a problem with this location by my job. This time they added way too much rice again. Bean serving is good but very little chicken and a lot of cheese. Rice is also very bland and some parts taste uncooked

So we decided to try Juan Polo instead of our 1x a week El Pollo Loco since I kept getting a DD alert. Well it was weird. The Chicken Quesadilla chicken was dry the Thigh & Leg Meal was also dry which is weird because dark meat is usually good. The salsa has carrots in it which not great but when I bit into my Bean Rice Cheese Burrito and had to spit out large chunks of carrots that was bad. We won't be eating here again. Very disappointed

I would never order this again. The nachos were disgusting and did not taste good at all. The salsa is very nasty and the jalapeños are not fresh. They meat is very fatty and I didn't think you could mess up nachos but they found a way. The only good thing is that they give you a lot.
