Very disappointed with this restaurant. The food may be okay, but they take way too long every time. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait much longer than expected for my order. They really need to improve their preparation time and customer service because the delays are frustrating and unacceptable.

The green plantain shrimp Appetizers/Aperitivos was insane. So good, flavorful. Every bite a delight. Thank you!!!

The food could have been better. The bacon wasn't cooked enough and the pastries was burnt on the bottom. The coffee was good.

Cuban Sandwich was a sloppy soggy greasy mess. i would be ashamed to give out such poor quality food. a little pride in what you make goes a long way. It's sad that tampa and orlando make cuban food so much better than south florida.
