Soup broth was tasty, but I was glad to have side of chili oil to make things more interesting. Beef was well flavored and tender.
Knife noodles were plentiful and absorbed broth well. Also tried the pork and chive dumplings-- definitely get the peanut sauce and chili oil to pair up a spicy little combo.
Ingredients seemed fresh and high quality. Definitely needed to heat up the broth because it arrived in the cooler temperatures but otherwise great.

The bone broth beef noodle soup (added soy egg) is absolutely delicious. Excellent portion size and obviously fresh ingredients. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

They sent me the soup with the noodles already in it. Mushy noodles that took up the whole bowl I had to eat them down bland as anything just to get to what else was in the bowl. Please package the noodles separately from the broth. The soy egg was over cooked and could not be cut through with a fork. I had to bite into it and the texture was hard and rubbery. Inedible total waste of a 30 dollar soup.

tasty but definitely not worth the price
#1) the beef soup broth had way too much chinese five spice so that overpowered the beef. the noodles were also way overcooked.
#2) and somehow the mapo tofu was sweet..it is not supposed to be sweet at all....
