The beignets were delicious. There were five of them with plenty of sugar, still warm. The gumbo (specifically the shrimp) was overcooked, however.

The gumbo was bland and watery, it was inconsistent with the description because there was no crab in it at all. Because it's being served at such a high price I would think that the care in making sure each serving had all the ingredients present in each order would be an important detail. Too much rice as a filler made it look like rice and gravy instead of gumbo.

Gumbo had hard rice. Lacking in seasoning. Shrimp was good. Jambalaya was dry and chicken in it was way overdone

Gave 2 stars over charging for sandwich your not even getting a whole sandwich or even hell 6 in.
$17for a 4in sandwich is robbing folks

Gumbo difficult to eat there were somany chicken bones in it. It's heav on chick stock no veggies okra.There is no crab . Chicken and shrimp was dry. sausage flavorless. I bought 2 just incase of size totally regret.
