The Grilled Mackerel 고등어자반 is absolutely incredible and worth at least $100. High quality protein (fish) with a lot of meat! So far, this is the best Korean restaurant in Orange County!

The KIMCHI Tofu Soup 김치순두부 tastes watered down--flavor is lacking. Value is better but I should've paid a little extra and ordered from BCD tofu instead.

Ordered beef BEEF Tofu Soup 소고기순두부 and MUSHROOM Tofu Soup 버섯순두부 both were unsalted and unflavored. Normally Kaju is great, but this is the second time my order has arrived tasting like tofu water. Do yourself a favor and stick with BCD.

got ham & cheese tofu HAM&CHEESE Tofu Soup 햄&치즈순두부 and BEEF Tofu Soup 소고기순두부 and both tasted really bland. we've been going to Kaju for many years and this was really terrible it tasted like hot water + tofu. it tasted the soup base is missing. super disappointed
