Safety: I have a gluten allergy (anaphylaxis) and whenever I order, I get a phone call confirming the gluten free nature of every meal.
Taste: delicious. They even have gf satay sauce! Lots of fresh veggies and flavours.
Still my favorite Thai place in Nelson!!
