Excellent. Only thing is a true club sandwich has 3 slices of bread. But the sandwich was great because it eliminates one full serving of bread, reducing the overall carbohydrate and calorie count. Owner may reconsider naming it as a "club" since it's not the traditional definition, which strictly requires three slices of bread. The sandwich at Katy's has two slices of bread, spinach instead of lettuce, and cheese. The sandwich is actually a very delicious Turkey (or Ham) BLT with Cheese and Spinach. Personally I'd add a pickle.

Love Katy's Cafe! Always fresh and tasty! I hope to see an option in the future to change types of bread on a breakfast sandwich. I love the Croissant Beginnings but I would like to try it on a bagel as well!
