Everything is good but they are stingy for sauces. 2 large Crispy Pata with 2 small container of sauce.

First time ordering since the management change and cant say it is better than the previous owners. The food is extremely oily (see pictures). The Crispy Binagoongan I kinda get why it is oily but the pinakbet? Also between the Crispy Binagoongan and the Pinakbet Combo there is no difference in flavor profile and was a huge let down. Tia Mia's pinakbet is still the best and I much prefer the binagoongan of the previous owners that had a rich umami flavor. These two dishes just seemed to have the same sauce and the ingredients cooked separately so the flavors didnt develop and taste almost watery. The only two redeeming items I ordered were the Garlic Rice since they did scrimp on the garlic and also a winner, the Tokwa't Baboy (Special) -- it was the perfect salty/sour ratio with the tofu perfectly crisp.
I'll likely give them another shot and try other dishes so hoping for the best.
