Places like this are super hard to rate. When you come here in person, they are friendly and fair with their food portions. I haven't written a review on past delivery orders as I thought they were just having an off day, plus they are so good in person. It's like buying from 2 completely different restaurants.
All 3 orders I've made for delivery have been under portioned, and of underwhelming quality.
I feel like they are trying to save a few pennies with online orders but it's turned me off them completely now. I called up and they just said "yeah sorry".
Todays Kebab was literally like a kids size snack wrap at Maccas. $17 for a tiny spread of salad, yet still covered in the standard squeeze of sauces. Like... "could I please get some kebab with my sauce" lol tablespoon of meat, a
The $6 chips had literally like 10 chips in it. I actually asked the delivery guy if he had eaten some, but he denied it and was genuinely clueless to what was even in the bag.
I hope these guys learn from the critical reviews they are getting because in this day and age, reviews are massive for future business. If you’re going to offer delivery options, then keep the same standards. Your customers are paying a higher price online and deserve to get the quality and portions to match.

The meat was hard and the chips were not fresh but very dry. so disappointed. The portion size was suitable for its price but I couldn't enjoy it as it wasn't tasty obviously. would not order again :(

I ordered the mixed on chips, aside from the chips being reallly salty and the over spread of sauces tasting and looking weird on both meals, mine was advertised with salad but didn't come with any, the portion size was very misleading, $22 and it's the size of a regular $16 box, my partner ordered mixed on rice and his portion was enormously bigger than mine considering my combo costed more than him? I dont ever complain but was so upset over this

i hate to be that guy but i've ordered from this place twice now. Both times i've gotten the fried chicken and they were raw in the middle. The first time i got it was rather late at night so i could excuse it but i just got it again and it was still raw in the middle. This sucks cause i love the taste and everything it just sucks i cant eat the whole thing. hope this can be changed in the future
