Got the Eagles Philly Cheesesteak on a buy 1 get 1. Double toasted every bagel. Gre value, they were decent on the meat, close to how it advertised. It was actually really good too, tanks! Breakfast Bagel bagel is top notch!

I hadn't ever had spicy or pickled eggplant before; but this sandwich surprised me with how delicious it was. The eggplant texture is wonderful, simultaneously chewy with a nice crunch without being tough, has a kick without being too spicy, and the Swiss cheese compliments the eggplant beautifully! Great sandwich if you want something filling with lots of veggies on it. Coffee was good too, and the redheaded staff member who helped me with my coffee pickup went above and beyond. thank you!Vegetarian Combo

The decline of quality at kettlemans has been easily one of the most disappointing things to happy to a local business in my lifetime. Kettlemans was my favourite place growing up but over time, they've become cheap and lazy as far as investing in consistently having good food. the bagels on their own are still amazing. however, absolutely everything else has gone to crap over the last 10 years. they are profit driven and neglecting daily operations. I haven't received a sandwich made correctly in years and the pickle slices are consistently the size of my pinky finger. instructions never followed and god forbid you want to add a slice of onion or a couple capers on top, they charge $2+ for measly additions. I hope they choose to do better going forward because I miss my fav bagel shop. disgraceful.

Is Kettleman's getting bagel-making tips from Tim Horton's now? For $6+ there was barely any cream cheese on my Bagel with Cream Cheese and Jam :( flavour was good though

Finally a sandwich shop that offers gluten-free bread that doesn't crumble in your hands! Also, I really appreciate how filling the portion sizes are; I truly love when a sandwich is so full that a couple pieces may fall out. There's nothing worse than a flat sandwich, and you will not get that here!
