• 31/8/23I get the same thing everytime from this store it's a hit or miss because most times the food isn't fresh, but my 3 yr old insists on having her chicken and Mac and cheese and she prefers kfc over Popeyes! Today it was exactly what I ordered and it was fresh so today we are happy!

• 14/2/26 I ordered this time because this store food was so delicious before however I was sadly disappointed. The food was not hot. It did not taste fresh. I asked for crispy chicken, and it was not so crispy. Even the coleslaw seemed a little dry and lacking mayo. Even the biscuit was not soft and fresh yet hard and stale the cost of this food is too much for this mini issues and problems.

• 23/8/25Chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Returned to the store and they replaced the chicken. Ordered the apple bites and they were room temperature. Every other time they have been warm but the team member said they're supposed to be like that.

• 22/5/26The food didn't appear fresh. The taste was bad as though the cole slaw was sour. The chicken was hard and dry. We actually ended up trashing the food because we didn't know if it was safeto eat. Truly disappointed with the food quality.

• 4/7/22The pot pie was so burnt that the spoon could stand in it without falling over. The 2 piece leg & thigh was burnt and looked like someone pulled the skin off. And last but not least the 3 piece strips were decent but my son only received about 5-10 fries and there was no cookie with the pot pie.
