• 20/12/25Missing items from order and the food was cold and not fresh. Chicken tenders were small. Gravy was old had a crust on it. The KFC bowls had dry chicken.

• 16/5/25I asked for extra crispy and got the original inste. i bougt the 12pc. Chicken Only and 1 order of fries. The Secret Recipe Fries didn't even fill the whole container they were soaked in grease, not crispy at all.

• 25/11/23Took over an hour to prepare our food. Our driver was great and kept us informed so I can't complain about his service at all, he was great. But highly disappointed in KFC.
Also, the 4 pieces we received were pretty weak. One wing, two tiny drum sticks, and one normal/good sized breast; not enough for a family of four.
