the worst meal I've ever had..I ordered a Mega Chicken Box.. chicken dry, i got the smallest chicken 🍗 in the world!next to nothing chips and barely cooked! and missing an item.waste of money, will never order any KFC from Richlands KFC ever. not the first time I've been ripped off from there. but this is the last time.

Zingers were half size chicken fillets and no filling, very disappointed with this particular KFC's burger. Chips, Twister and coleslaw were fine... Zinger® Bacon & Cheese Burger, rubbish.

NEW Mega Chicken Box What was that Tender?? because that wasn't like any KFC tender I've had before, hopefully not the new standard, different batter and tasted like it had come from a Fish and Chip shop

First, the store didn't reach out when things were out of stock until after the order was meant to have already been delivered. Then they refused to cancel the order, telling me I had to cancel it and that I would get a refund, which the DoorDash site directly refutes after the order has been prepared. Then they convinced us to get alternative items, clarifying with us if spicy items were ok and we told them we could not eat spicy things, so that seemed fine, until every piece of chicken we ordered and was offered to us was all spicy! The only thing in this $40+ order we could eat was the Large Chips. The 3 Original Tenders and Original Crispy Fillet Pieces we got were all spicy and so were the duplicates we got as replacements of the 1 Piece of Chickens. I will not be ordering from here again.
