The chicken was extremely fresh and perfect. I like how they hotseal the large back instead using a sticker.

Ordered the 12 pc Hot & Spicy Wings from KFC and was told they were out of stock. I agreed to a substitute, but the replacement chicken was honestly some of the worst I’ve had. It was extremely greasy, bland, and tasted old like it had been sitting for hours. If you’re going to substitute an order, at least make sure the quality matches what the customer originally paid for. Really disappointing experience.

Failed to note the quantity of 2 for the meals which meant that one of us went without our KFC dinner tonight. I really wish KFC could hire some people who can actually read numbers and react accordingly. Also their big bowl of cole slaw was a waste of money since it was mostly empty.
