We are happy that the Springfield Avenue KFC has reopened. The 12 pc. Chicken Meal was excellent (taste and packaging) with exception of the missing gravy and biscuits. While not our first KFC order by any means, this was the first time we used a delivery service. The DoorDash driver was awesome, very fast and courteous. We may rethink using the delivery option, given the items that were missing. If we go in person, we can at least check our order before leaving, to make sure nothing got missed.

The food was ok, a little greasy. I ordered "mashed potatoes (no gravy)" and received mashed potatoes with gravy which was disappointing since with and without gravy were two completely separate side selections.
