Really disappointed that the chicken was sooo greasy and soggy. The skin wasn't crispy nor was it 14 Piece Hot & Spicy Bucket spicy based on what we ordered. Gravy is super thin these days and came 3/4 full. Disappointing for sure. Especially when you spend $71. Also the zero delivery is not true if you get any other offer. We qualified for a $5 off but they charged us $3.99 delivery ?!?

second time I've ordered and second time they forgot the gravy. the gravy is the best part. it's 10$ just for the gravy

My Dasher had to wait and came straight from store to me, minutes away. While the sandwich was fresh and hot... The poutine was cold and bland tasting.

wrong dips. the exact ones I strictly dislike at that. XL Popcorn Chicken Bucket was nice though but not filled to the top either. looked less than it is in the restaurant
