• 21/12/21The spicy bowl was not made using the proper hot sauce. both bowls were 90% mashed potatoes with barely any gravy. butter and honey were not included for the blander than usual biscuits. I'm really not one to complain about fast food but I paid too much money to be left with bland potatoes and biscuits.

• 15/4/25i ordered the 3pc back because it is on a discount, don't it was awful the breast is slimy under the crispy skin and the last time I got chicken tenders they were so heavily covered in pepper I didn't eat them. this restaurant chain has fallen very much and the food is awful

• 17/6/26The coleslaw was very bland tasting Fries were cold and the chicken strips tasted like fish grease. Need to go back to how KFC originally tasted. Won't be back
