big crunch sandwich box and gravy. chicken doesn't taste like normal. very flour-y

Chicken sandwich was inedible . So burnt, black and chewy around the edges. This isn't the first time this has happened either. It's a recurring issue. This KFC is terrible

Food tough to chew.. Dry plastic chicken, too much breading and it was tough to bite on somehow.. Inconsistent. The other day it was okay, but today it was just.. odd..

Whatever you guys choose,they are least bothered and will send you whatever they have. Dry, cold, old food. Please do not order from KFC. I ordered from Jollibee and the difference is day and night. Please do not order from KFC, they are not like how they used to be.

Seasoning is not right something weird in the flavor of the chicken. Fries were not fresh tasted like they had been sitting around and maybe reheated a little
