Disgusting!! Can't believe you expect my family to eat this! The chicken is inedible as it's completely burnt, the potatoe and gravy has dried gravy all over the tub and popcorn chicken is only half full.

The employees seem to be packaging and cooking with their eyes closed. Ordered a box meal and had a piece of chicken missing, drink missing, chips soggy and going cold, dinner roll dry, chicken included soggy and sauce put in a smaller container than usual.
It seems like the chips and chicken pieces had been left out for some time the quality is terrible.
The gold sauce container was put in one of the potato gravy tubs which are around half the size of the usual tub it comes in.
The employees for packaging and cooking need to be looked into, this is a reoccurring issue with this KFC. Always missing items and poor quality food, but tonight is the worst it's ever been and now I'm leaving a review to show my frustration and the hopes some kind of action could be taken.

honestly the chicken was soooooooo disappointing. it just didn't taste fresh and the chips and rolls also. SMALL SERVES/PIECES, DRY & NOT FRESH. Potato and gravy and coleslaw was fine coz it's packaged and no prep required. I through out most of the meal as it wasn't good.

(3 Piece Box); got charged$27; when the app asked if I'd like some add ons, I asked for a couple of strips/tenders & got charged again a few$. Delivered- just 1 Piece original recipe, +2 tenders..+ the extras!!. I called & spoke to the person who packed it, she told me it was my choice; when I added on the tenders - they replace the 2 pieces of ordigital recipes! Not sure why I got slugged $ 27 for the 3 pack + $ for the tenders!, when the tenders became part of the 3 Piece Box!!!
