• 7/3/25Kudos to management & staff! The chicken was amazing!! It was super fresh & juicy, especially the Crispy Chicken! I also loved the biscuit, which was nicely buttered & freshly baked.

• 27/10/25NONE of the chicken was fresh! It was definitely reheated & served! It was void of any flavor or juiciness. For the second time in a row, the chicken was terribly DRY & somewhat "tough" on the inside and the exterior CRUST was SUPER DARK & OILY. I honestly believe my chicken was leftover from the prior day's batch & reheated in the Warming Oven ALL day! The Drumstick was just so hard & the meat and bone were dark & discolored. The thigh & breast had shared poor qualities, as well, including toughness. I have patronized other locations recently & their Original Chicken has always been extremely tender & fresh and has neither looked nor tasted like what I experienced today. This location should stop trying to cut corners on food quality & focus on customer satisfaction.

• 29/9/26Everything was Hot and fresh. The food was flavored well. I have a portion size issue with a specific item, the macaroni. I paid for an extra 3 ounce and it did not give extra 3 ounce. Overall, the food was good and I would order again. I usually dig in before I take my pics because I'm always super hungry when I order.

• 24/9/26I don't understand why they charged me 6cents per Honey Sauce and hot sauce packet and after I added it, they added 1 packet when I ordered 2 meals. If you go in person there is no charge so it's greedy to charge for EACH sauce packet. Other than that the food was fresh and packed well!

• 4/8/25The 2 piece original recipe is my favorite, no matter which pieces of chicken I get. My dad likes the crispy recipe and always gets coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy sides. We get really full every time!
