• 17/1/26The chicken had a burn taste to it and the mashed potatoes with brown gravy smelled as if it was spoiled.this is my favorite place to get my chicken but never again.

• 5/1/26The extra crispy breasts I ordered extra were NOT extra crispy. I paid a lot for the extra breasts and the quality was poor. No utensils or napkins.
