The chicken was extremely greasy last night compared to usual. The bucket had half an inch to an inch of grease. Typically, they are good so maybe the staff just was off that night or someone new.

The KFC at 340 W Hunt Club Rd Ottawa, On has frequently been a disappointing experience. From giving the wrong items to inflated times for food preparation. While their outlet on Merrivale is somewhat better, both KFC's suffer from shortages on orders and mistakes made in filling the orders. IMO these KFCs are making it easy to switch to Popeyes Chicken
