Love the hot chicken, so many nuggets, sauces were fantastic. Loved the hot gravy, the chips were so nice. Even loved the napkins and wet wipes for the hands. Went the extra mile. Driver was friendly and we had a few laughs.

I ordered my food very late. The first bag had the correct drink which is always a good thing. When I opened the box I checked and saw chips, a dinner roll and chicken which is always a good thing. The pieces of chicken were a dry but I got 5 pieces instead of 3 so I guess that is fair enough. My 10 Wicked Wings tasted beautiful as they were very hot and fresh.

no salt on the chips when I requested extra salt, chip container three quarters full but that's normal for KFC chicken crammed into a box too small so a lot of the coating falls off , KFC definitely need to get better at their delivery

Chips were cold and stale and chicken was dark brown and dry, so overcooked, basically inedible. Appalling considering what it costs. Only thing ok was nuggets.
And delivery guy struggled to follow simple instructions about where to put bag of food.

the chips are always soggy and flavourless and today they were the worst they've ever been, so bad we couldn't even eat them. dunno why but they always seem as if they sit in a box in the warmer for hours?! chicken is usually fine/fresh.
