This is a very good and professional store. They corrected a problem with my order and went way above and beyond to correct it. Very professional, courteous and graceful manager and staff. Thank you all. Honestly. The food was incredible.

The Chicken & Tenders Feast: 6 pc. Chicken + 6 pc. Tenders was not good at all. It looked like you got (old) original recipe and tried to refry it to make it extra crispy per our order and failed drastically. All the chicken crust fell off the Chicken & Tenders Feast: 6 pc. Chicken + 6 pc. Tenders and the tenders were seriously rubbery and not crispy AT ALL! I will no longer be ordering food from this KFC! People need to take pride in their work more, no matter your title! This type of service is very sad and disappointing. Do better KFC!

they ripped up chicken and tried to substitute that for chicken nuggets wasn't even the whole nuggets. didn't have fries then substitute it with a small order of mashed potatoes

my spicy chicken sandwich wasnt spicyand they didnt put in the 4 extra biscuits I ordered. also I was toldmyfood was ready for pick up but didn't get it until about 30mins or so later.
