My food arrived cold & was missing several items (an onigiri, chili oil for the gyoza, pickled ginger, & wasabi). This is the second time in a row this has happened (2 for 2 now).

Most of my orders have been great but my last order had stone cold gyoza and not very fresh lettuce. Disappointing.
