This is the second time that I've ordered the iced crème brûlée latte, and it's fabulous again! I also ordered the lemon poppyseed loaf, and it was delicious and buttery.

I've ordered multiple times and the coffee spills all over the sandwiches.
The coffee need a sticker cover

Packaging could use some work. Cover openings on drinks. Re-evaluate heating processes, as everything (food/drink) intended to be warm was not. Only meant to be helpful. I thoroughly enjoy Klatch.

The coffee was terrible. I was so disappointed. It tasted burnt. I will not order from them again.
