I absolutely love this restaurant. Every time I go there, they already know what I want, they are genuinely helpful and nice. The food is always fresh and scrumptious. And the employees are always so welcoming, friendly, nice and professional. I recently had my order delivered, and one of their employees took the time to draw this cute animal on my bag. It's the little things that count and make a big difference. I appreciated this. Thank you to that employee who customized my bag. I highly recommend Koi. Very bland and overpriced. Calling it "spicy rice" is a joke. They must have never tasted anything spicy before in their lives. The side of noodles are essentially just a boiled pot of noodles with no seasoning or sauce added whatsoever. The eggroll was cut inconsistently so the ingredients inside were not well distributed and mostly falling out. The amount of protein given with a meal is small and the protein itself is unseasoned and bland. Has to be drowned in sauce (which costs extra) in order to have any flavor. The fact that the price is the same between the hibachi show and regular sit down/to go is ridiculous as well. Need to remind myself to never order here again. Sad because the quality used to be so much better.

Everything was perfect. The H Filet Mignon N Crabmeat was cooked just how I ordered it, med rare, and was absolutely delicious.

Tuna roll made with bad tuna. Tasted horrible. Threw it away. When I picked up.... the place didn't look clean.
