I come from a very large city that has a ramen shop on almost every street. This by far is the BEST ramen I have ever had. I got the R2. Shoyu Ramen, it was not too salty, beautiful flavor, the pork was tender, vegetables fresh. I found my new favorite place. Lucky this gem is in NC!

Can't say enough good things about Koi Ramen. They just keep it simple and delicious. I was very shocked recently as I normally never order take out and the way the packaged everything separately was just awesome. No degradation to the flavor at all. My wife surprised me and the only thing missing was atmosphere. You can't go wrong with the black garlic or Tom Yum (if you like seafood).

literally the best ramen in NC. charsiu melts in your mouth. I've tried many ramen places in the area and none come close

Best ramen I've ever had! When you order delivery, they put the ingredients in a nice, big bowl and then the broth in a separate container for you to combine when it gets to you. This prevents soggy noodles, which I was worried about when ordering ramen! I can't rate this place highly enough, they're simply amazing.
