I am a transplant from the deep south and nothing around here comes close. The catfish is authentic as are the sides, red beans and rice and jambalaya. This is heavy, filling food with the perfect amount of seasoning. Serving sizes are gigantic. The price is beyond appropriate, it's a steal. More people should check this place out. I only wish they made poboys.

I only ordered one thing.. THE Signature Wings !!!
- Crispy
- Little BITE from pepper...
- Cooked well enough, consistently enough (have ordered a few time now) to not encourage regret...
- Actually provides decent size for value in an era of obnoxious shrinkflation.
- Doesnt taste like it was under a lamp for half an hour!
What's not to like? Especially again?

While generally i never have an issue here with the chicken being consistently delicious, the potato wedges were dry and stale. As well for being a Large portion, itwas a fairly small amount.

The rice was cold and not cooked at all. The rice was so hard.It got stuck in my daughter's braces. Wings have no flavor.

So much value for what I got. And it was cooked very well. I can definitely recommend the Fried Fish Meal Deal.
