They forgot our sides to start with. One sauce packet with no options to order more. No drink menu. The biscuits are a bit too thick. Yet the mashed potatoes was basically all gravy/soup. Ordered all large sides but the only thing that fit that word was the potato wedges. Mashed potatoes were "medium" at best and the mac and cheese came as two small containers. Fried shrimp portion was too small for the cost, taste was ok. Mac and cheese was mid. Flavor of the chicken tenders was good but texture was so so. Won't be ordering from here again.

In my opinion, Krispy Krunchy Chicken is better than both KFC and Popeyes. The chicken is juicy, crunchy, and flavorful; the dark meat isn't as fatty as KFC chicken and is much more flavorful than Popeyes. I was surprised by how good the mashed potatoes and gravy were, however the Mac and Cheese was pretty bland; still better than KFC though. I loved how moist the biscuits were but they were really sweet, almost like they had Krispy Kreme's glaze on it; however, if you like donuts and chicken, you will love this.
You want to keep in mind though that just like any other fast food fried chicken joint, if you don't order when they first open, at lunch (12:00pm), or at dinner (6:00pm-7:00pm) there's a bigger chance you're gonna get the chicken that's been sitting out in the warmer for a few hours; it isn't gonna be as hot, juicy, or crispy. It's just something you have to keep in mind at places like this cause Krispy Krunchy Chicken isn't any different.
