First time trying this restaurant. Everything arrived hot, well packaged, and was tasty. Will definitely be back !

I was really disappointed with my recent experience here. The level of service and lack of flexibility is frustrating for a paying customer.
• Zero Customization: I requested only dark meat chicken, but they refused, stating it has to be mixed. When I called to address it, I was told there was nothing they could do because it "comes already mixed."
• No Choice on Drinks: You aren't allowed to pick your own drink flavor; they just choose one for you and put it in the bag. It feels like you’re eating and drinking what they want you to have, not what you actually ordered.
• Order Errors: I paid extra for potato wedges, but only received a tiny portion that was mixed in with fries.
Essentially, you pay premium prices but have zero say in your meal. I won't be ordering from here again.

The chicken bowl was terrible because there was alot of water!!! I guess it came from the salad, they didn't even bother rinsing it off.... and drinks came without ice, I don't recommend this place
