great spot. fresh, tasty, and good price. i have to come back for the khachapuri but everything else was good, especially their chebureki

No flavor. The lamaju wasn't crispy. Perashki didn't have salt although I will say it was larger than other places. Wouldn't order again

I was really impressed with the lahmajoun. The dough is light and thin, baked to the perfect crisp without being dry. The meat mixture has a rich, savory flavor with the perfect balance of spices, tomatoes, and herbs. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. I added lemon and parsley on top and it tasted absolutely authentic. This is easily one of the best lahmajouns I’ve had — highly recommend to anyone who enjoys traditional Armenian/Middle Eastern food.

I’ve ordered from here around five times — the food is amazing, definitely one of the best. But every single time, it takes forever. Every driver ends up waiting 20–30 minutes just to get the order. That’s not right. Please fix this issue — the food deserves better service.

Chebureki had flavorful meat inside and great bread outside. The Cheese Mushroom was amazing and simple.
