The LAN NOODLE 兰州牛肉面 was absolutely delicious - I loved the clear (and therefore light) broth that I could still request as spicy. The wide flat hand pulled noodles are so good! The soup was still hot (and noodles were packed separately), though not piping hot. I'm sure it would have been hotter if gotten at the restaurant though! The spicy option was also not that spicy, but I do have a high spice tolerance and they offer an extra spicy option. Highly recommend!

Amazing portion size! Had the perfect ratio of oil and chili. Could use a little more bok choy though. Overall, new fav noodle place!

Overall pretty good, but everything is spicy (I don't eat spicy food and would've appreciated the items being labeled as spicy) and very oily. We ordered 3 dishes and all were sitting in giant pools of chili oil. Also, the dry noodles with lamb had only 5-6 very thin, small pieces of lamb. Cucumber salad was fine but rather bland. Mango smoothie had a beautiful floral note that was a pleasant surprise. Braised pear drink was the best item of the meal...lovely, mild, refreshing and not too sweet.

BEEF POTATO RICE土豆牛腩饭 was just beef - hardly any potato and 2 pieces of onion. SMASHED CUCUMBER拍黄瓜 and SCRAMBLED EGG were drenched in sesame oil. Not a great meal and I honestly wish I'd made it myself.

Absolute fire. This is traditional Chinese fare done right. The hand pulled noodles are incredible; the texture is perfect. The broth is hearty, aromatic, and rich without overloading your taste buds. The beef that comes in the stew isn't bad, I'm just used to a different cut. It's always been very tender, and I order extra meat just to make sure I have enough. Great restaurant.
