Food is great but wish they would seal bags to ensure quality of food especially at this price. Less inclined to reorder for this reason.

The Caesar salad had an overwhelmingly fishy taste. The steak was tough and the shrimp, fries, and crispy onion slivers were just damp with oil by the time it got to me. Underseasoned overall. For the price the food is definitely not worth it to deliver. Maybe its better in person.

We only received half of our order - the mahi mahi. We did not receive the salmon entree. We did receive 6 shrimp which we did not order. We had each ordered add on salads - neither er was in the order.
Could never complete online Help segment, so we overpaid for this order.

Figure out better packaging. My box was open. The boxes need to be taped closed and bag should be stapled to prevent tampering.

Unfortunately, my pickup experience was disappointing. I received a notification that my order was ready, but when I arrived, it wasn’t. There was confusion about whether my order had been received or mistakenly given away. Then, they brought out the wrong food, further delaying the process. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes, which was frustrating. They apologized but I hope they can improve their organization and communication for a smoother experience in the future.
