The absolute best Queso I have ever had! The seasoned beef chorizo was seasoned perfectly! Last week we got their steak and shrimp steak tacos that were delicious! Their chips are homemade and unique from any other restaurant. They just need to separately wrap tortillas and chips because they got soggy! Hope they will do that next time! But everything is so delicious!

These were by far some of the best tasting taco I've had in quite some time. They weren't some dinky little tacos either. The ingredients were so fresh and the meat tender. I'll be eating my tacos from here from now on.

This was our first time trying this place, and it won't be the last. However, they need to train their staff on when an avocado is bad or oxidized.
We paid two dollars to add avocado to the Ceviche , and every piece of avocado was bad. When the black spots go deeper than just scraping the very top, the avocado is bad. Other than that, the Ceviche is probably the only thing we would not order again.
It came in a container floating in water down juices. it was completely unseasoned, or at least we could not taste in seasoning. I removed the bad avocado, drained all the juice, added more lemon juice as that's all I had. I added salt and pepper and some Sambal for a little heat. The Ceviche was at least tolerable at that point.
The Baja Shrimp, Melty Chaos and the Rocky Mountain Elk Sliders were very good. although the sliders were pretty dry.

The Flautas were greasy and by the time they arrived, the bottoms were wet and chewy. They almost tasted raw. The Ceviche was fine if small portion, but didn't have any avocado in it. The chips included were good, but had ballooned when fried, so hard to scoop with. The Gluten Free Mexican Chocolate Cake was the most disappointing -a loose pile of goop that was too bitter. I might be able to reuse it as a ganache, but it wasn't good on its own and doesn't resemble Cake at all. Probably won't order again.

Lg Quesadilla was not filled with chicken. Much of the tortilla was with NO filling (1/3), and the cheese would have been better inside the tortilla.
