First, I want to start with the customer service. I ordered pickup and while I did have to wait a few minutes longer than I wanted to, I understand that this was during lunch and they were slightly busy. What I loved about their customer service was that they called me after I left to let me know that they did not put my Flan in the bag and explained why they kept it away from the hot food. Luckily, I had just made it right down the street, so I turned around and went and retrieved my dessert! I loved the food!! I wish that I took photos to show! The Cheesy Rice was perfect! I tried the Ranchero Jalisco and omg it not only looked mouth watering the taste was superb! I also tried the Flan for the first  time and I have no regrets!! I definitely will be ordering from them again!

This was so disappointing. The Fajita Quesadilla was mostly veggies with two small bites of meat. Rice didn't have cheese as ordered, and its almost $5 for a 3oz cup of queso. I'll never order from here again.

Beans and rice did not seem fresh and were over cooked, everything was bland, tortilla chips tasted like the fryer oil hasn't been changed in a while. Fajita mix was still hot when it arrived but that was about the only thing edible from $70 worth of food.

the chil was runny like soup.
the Chicken Strips  on was a nice golden brown the other 2 where almost black. and my bag of chips that ccomes with the meal was a snack size bag with a 4oz cup of salsa

I order from here all the time and normally like it, but my salsas were definitely past their prime. The cups were bursting and the salsa was bubbling.
