The cupcakes are delicious and some of the better ones in the city. The cream to cake ratio is also perfectly balanced... Yumm

The cupcake was really tasty, but unfortunately I didn't receive a refund for the cardamom tea (they were out of it), and DoorDash won't issue me one. So I would say the cupcake was good but not $13 level good, which is what I paid for it before tip since they were out of the tea I paid for. Anyway I have no other way of communicating that from what I can tell! Can someone help with this?

Gave them a second chance. Second fail. Poor, dry, old product. Uses same frosting for everything, incl Red Velvet. Did not send ice cream sundae at all. Does not read special instructions. Store employees unhelpful and unapologetic. 100x better quality at Lady Wong etc al.

The cake was for a special occasion and Layers was very accomodating. I called them to add a message and they added it using multile layers of icing as well.
