The most delicious chicken I've had in a long time. Highly recommend this restaurant. Everything I've tasted here so far has not disappointed me!!!

The Chaufa was good, not the absolute best, but good. The 1 Pollo is the absolute winner. These guys have literally made chicken craveable. My dinner companion had the Chicha and was very happy with it. The Chorizo wasn't so flavorful as to be impressive... and the cuts in it made it... inappropriate looking... at the ends. The Aji was absolute fire. Awesome! Inca Cola was awesome as always. Will order agan from here.

I have a coworker who raved about this place, so I decided to order. Well, I'm not too fond of it because the food was okay, not the best. After paying over $100, I regret it. The Pollo entree with sides was delicious, but the chicken was dry. The fries were soggy, and the salad was not the best. The lettuce lacked green fresh color, and there was only one sliced beet, no tomato. The Chaufa was tasty, but the carne was tough! The Jalea was okay, but lacked flavor. The Papa a la Huancaina was overly creamy and not the best flavor, unlike what I'm used to from other places. The INKA 2 LITROS was room temperature, like, why? I have no ice, so drinking room temperature is not ideal. I ordered a Lomo Saltado, and it was tough, not that saucy. I will not purchase from here again.

The food was very fresh and delicious!!! I have ordered in person but first time here on DoorDash! Very Good :) The Union Ave in Paterson,NJ location is the best their location food taste so good. Will continue to order using DoorDash for delivery for future orders!! Thank You DoorDash for prompt and safe delivery and thank you LensYCarbon "GREAT QUALITY FOOD!"

The salmon and tostones were overcooked, which destroyed any flavor that could have possibly been enjoyed. Everything else was tasty and edible.
