I'm not certain this could even considered #brisket, actually closer to beef jerky. Incredibly dry and over priced for the portion size.

the steak kabobs were very tasty. I like the seasoning better than road house. unfortunately they do not give an option on wellness of the meat and they were cooked more than Ilike.
