I've been eating Liberty bagel most of my life and as always the food is fresh and hot. the Pork & Cheese sandwich is cooked perfectly and they don't skimp on the meat or cheese.

Every single bagel we ordered was so flavorful. I've never ordered food from here before and I would definitely order it again. They gave us so much food for a great price and the bagels were super fresh. The everything bagels were one of the best I've ever had.

The pancakes could be better. They are too thick and very bland. The pancakes also came on a plate in which made the pancakes stick and wasn't easy to get off. They only give you two pancakes. Freshness was great just the quality and the kind of pancakes sucked. I would order again but only to get the vegetarian omelette which was great.

Hands down the best bagel shop in Central Jersey. The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy with just the right crust, and the cream cheese options are top-notch. You can taste the care in every bite. Fast service, friendly staff, and a true local gem — it’s the kind of place you go once and never want bagels from anywhere else again.

We are big on ordering breakfast. First time ordering here and this WILL be my new place. I don't eat pork so I ordered turkey bacon. It was crispy which is hard to do. It was also NOT greasy which I love! I can tell when other places cook it on the same space as the pork because it is often greasy and tastes like pork bacon. I can tell Liberty did not do this which was noticed and very appreciated!
