• 27/7/23The pizza was ordered double cut, but no such luck. also, it was cut poorly, and we had to recut it because it wasn't even cut through the crust. One pizza was not completely cooked. The drink ordered was Diet Pepsi, but I was sent regular Pepsi, without a call to offer a substitution or a refund (I would have chosen the refund), so I just let the kids have it, and I had no soda, even though a soda was the only reason I started making the order in the first place. It did arrive promptly, though it was no longer exactly hot. disappointing

• 25/2/22my pizza was over cooked so bad it was literally crunchy. you couldn't even bite through it. honestly terrible
