The top of the pizza was burnt and the pepperoni pizza was supposed to be stuff crust but wasn't.. Sad I wasted 32 dollars here

My Pizza Was Cooked Very Hard, all The Toppings had a hard crunch. Normally everything be good and soft, but this time it feel and tasted rushed. I got excrra but i couldnt taste the extea, the pizza was cooked so long, i didnt even taste the pizza sauce. && they are normally good.
